Straw Bale Wall Raising New Market Alabama
We’ve scheduled a straw bale workshop in New Market Alabama for the last weekend of June 2009. We will be stacking bales in an existing timber frame building and workshop participants will get a chance to learn the basics of straw bale construction.
The workshop fee is only $50 and this includes great meals. These generous folks in New Market want to make this affordable for anyone that can make the trip. The fee does not include lodging but on site camping is an option. We will begin the evening of Friday June 26 with a slide show presentation by workshop instructors Ecoville ArchiTechs and the wall raising will begin Saturday morning.
